Client Background
Our client is a manufacturer in the textile machinery industry, struggling with high noise and frequent maintenance issues from their traditional metal gear rings.
Client’s Initial Request
The client provided hundreds of drawings and intended to replace all metal gear assemblies with nylon components. Their large gear rings measure up to 1000mm in diameter, with smaller ones over 500mm — a full replacement would result in extremely high material and production costs.
Our Engineering Analysis & Solution
After carefully studying their drawings and actual working conditions, we proposed a more optimized and cost-efficient solution:
Instead of full nylon replacement, only the small pinion gears mating with steel gear rings need to be converted to MC nylon.
This targeted upgrade delivers:
Significant noise reduction during operation
Nearly lubrication-free maintenance
Greatly extended service life
Massive cost savings by avoiding unnecessary full-component replacement
Result
The client accepted our professional suggestion and was highly satisfied with the final effect. The noise issue was completely resolved, maintenance workload dropped sharply, and they avoided huge unnecessary expenses.

Our Philosophy
We are not just a parts supplier. We focus on solving real engineering problems for our customers, and always provide the most practical, economical and reliable solutions — not what makes the most sales.
